Let me break down what happened so you don't go in blind.

### 2. Free Measurement Visit
{They scheduled a complimentary home visit. Actually showed up when they said.

{They took the deposit during this visit. I paid via PayNow .
⚠️ **Important:** Make sure the person making decisions is home for this. Someone who can say yes or no must be there. Trust me on this.
### 3. The Wait
{After I confirmed everything , they said about 3-4 weeks. Mine took exactly 18 days .
Honestly the wait felt quite long . But they did warn me beforehand . I just tried to be patient .
### 4. Installation Day
The evening before, they WhatsApp-ed me a arrival slot. Mine was 10am to 12pm .
{The installer came at 10.30am . Friendly guy, wore a uniform, had all his tools .
Whole thing took about 1.5 hours . He:
- Removed and disposed of the old door
- Fixed the new one in
- Swept the area before leaving
Before he packed up, he asked me to test the door . Showed me how the mechanism works and how to clean it .
